"My Spa Diet" is All About Me and You!

Tons of work load and deadline for the upcoming quarter end consumed my "me" time to rejuvenate, to relax and to do some round of exercises. Eating processed and junk foods became my food-on-the-go. Finding enough time to exercise and go on healthy diet was my least priority apart from the fact that I'm too lazy to exercise to keep in good shape. These are some of the issues that are holding me back  to lose these raising extra pounds and visceral fat. I found the perfect response that commensurate my lifestyle last Saturday when I was introduced to My Spa Diet at the cozy 1771 Cafe located in El Pueblo Real de Manila, Ortigas Center, and I'm pleased to share it with you dear followers.

We were welcomed with a good, delish, ready-to- drink, easy pha-max Wheatgrass which I occasionally consume and purchase at 7-eleven stores. We took inner body scan to find out our Body mass index (BMI), it is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to adult men and women. I was happy to find out that BMI result was normal but on the threshold of danger for just one point.

We had a healthy starter, clear mushroom soup....

Fresh, crisp and healthy green salad were served with a good fat dressing on the side afterwards. The salad was made of romaine lettuce, bread crumbs, bits of bacon and house vinaigrette.
