Should I decided not to go in Cebu last December, I wouldn't experience a delightful cuisine. Heres another food I found in Cebu. My apology, I forgot the name. If you know what it is please limme know or better yet, send me one hehehe.
At first I thought it's bibingka, but then I have seen some "linga" not sure the english name for it, so it's not bibingka. whatever that was, it looked so yummie..
